Laundry pickup-and-delivery service HappyNest recently announced its further expansion into the Houston market.
“We already have a terrific partner in Glenn Catlin serving the Houston metro area, so to have Stephanie Arnett join us to serve the inner loop community is a huge win for HappyNest,” said HappyNest founder John MacKrell. “Stephanie has been building her Inner Loop Laundry business utilizing our Springboard software for a few years, so she is very comfortable with us as partners, as well as with our strategy and our overall business goals. This will be a great partnership for both Stephanie and HappyNest.”
Arnett, who owns Lavanderia Gigante, has been in the laundry industry for 20 years, while specializing in the pickup-and-delivery business for the last three years, under the Inner Loop Laundry brand. However, as local competition grew and small-business marketing evolved, she realized the advantages of partnering with a national brand.
“I think partnering with HappyNest will provide my business more recognition though Instagram and Facebook, as well as the ability to pool advertising and SEO resources across fellow HappyNest partners,” Arnett explained. “I’m also excited to take advantage of the HappyNest customer service feature to free up much of the daily tasks that arise.”
