How does HappyNest take care of your laundry?

Here’s how it works:

Sign up for HappyNest on our iOS or Android app, at our website, or call (855) 335-9274.
Select weekly or “by request” laundry service and other preferences, including how you want your laundry to be washed, which detergent, dryer temperature, folded or hangers, and special requests.

Once you have signed up, it’s easy to get started.

First, collect all your dirty laundry.
Second, schedule a pick up and then just leave the bag outside your door.
Third, wait for your freshly washed, dried and folded laundry to be delivered back to you. We’ll leave it on your doorstep the day after we pick it up.

If your laundry needs special care, we can take care of that. Just tell us what you need and we’re confident we’ll be able to take care of it. We offer a range of additional services and we’ll be happy to see how we can cater to your specific needs.

We’ve designed the HappyNest Laundry Service to be as flexible as you need it to be. We don’t ask you to sign up to a contract or ongoing commitment. If you’ve got more laundry one week and less the next, no problem. Just let us know when you want us to collect your laundry directly from your doorstep and we’ll take care of everything else.

If you need a reminder of your pick-up we’ll be happy to send you a message the day before. We’ll send you reminders by email, text or both if you want to be sure – just tell us which you’d prefer.
